Live Zoom Event: Antoni Gaudí, the Organic Architect

Join me in this New Virtual Tour. Travel online with a Barcelona Licensed Guide.

“The originality consists in returning to the origins”
“My master is the tree in front of my workshop” A. Gaudí.

This Virtual tour talks about the brilliant architect Antoni Gaudí, the designer of the world-famous Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Batlló, and La Pedrera, among others. We’ll discover together his origins, personality, references, his legacy to future generations, and, mainly, we’ll see that Gaudí’s wonderful architecture was based on the study and inspiration taken from nature. He discovered how to adapt the language of nature to the structural forms of architecture.
Antoni Gaudí was a compendium of many fields of art and knowledge. He was a Renaissance man of his time. A kind of Leonardo Da Vinci with an architectural formation. But, apart from an architect, he was also a structural engineer, landscaper, urban planner, and interior designer.

His style was truly original, and he is considered, by many experts, the "inventor" of the Organic Architecture.

I enjoy that my online tours become interactive experiences. I love the questions. It’s a very visual tour (using a slide presentation) with lots of interesting information and images.
